To comply with Korean law, it's necessary to draft a lease agreement as it involves leasing rooms, not operating as an accommodation facility like Airbnb or a hotel.

Direction to Naristay Hapjeong

We are located an hour away from the airport. With a 5-minute walk to Hapjeong station, which is a transfer station for subway Line 2 & Line 6, you can easily reach anywhere in Seoul : 5 minutes to Hongdae, 20 minutes to Itaewon, 30 minutes to Gangnam, and 30 minutes to Seongsu. Hapjeong is close to Hongdae but not too crowded with many trendy cafes and spaces, making it a beloved area for many hipsters in Korea.

Rule

These are the rules for the Naristay. Please read them carefully and adhere to them without fail.

All responsibility for any issues arising from not knowing the share house rules falls on the guest.

Naristay is a 'woman-only' sharehouse. Under no circumstances are male guests or visitors allowed to enter.
Smoking and drinking in the building are strictly prohibited. If you find a roommate or other guest smoking or drinking, please report it to the host immediately. A reward will be given.
In Korea, we strictly separate our garbage for recycling. Please diligently separate your waste into the recycling bins provided next to the kitchen.
Food waste should be disposed of immediately in the yellow food waste bag located under the gas stove and taken outside the building. You cannot store food waste inside the accommodation.
Consuming food on the bed is strictly forbidden. If the bedding is stained, an additional cleaning fee (30,000krw) will be charged.
At checkout, all the garbage you've created must be separated and disposed of before leaving. Please clean up the space you used.
Cooking/Laundry/Drying can only be done from 09:00 to 23:00. After these hours, only simple cooking using a microwave is allowed. Please do not disturb other guests' rest.
From 23:00 to 09:00 is quiet time. Please turn off the lights and be quiet for the rest of the guests.
Please use earphones when watching videos or listening to music.
Please do not leave your personal belongings in the shared space. There is a risk of loss or theft.
